At Codewear Clothing®, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized apparel. Due to the unique nature of our made-to-order products, our refunds policy is as follows:
Refund Eligibility

Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We require photographic proof of the defect or damage for verification. Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect product (e.g., wrong size or design), please inform us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us. We will conduct an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the carrier confirms the loss, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- All items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective, are incorrect, or are lost in transit.
- Customized products, including specific zip code designs, are non-refundable except in the cases mentioned above.
- Products that have been worn, used, or washed are not eligible for a refund.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business.
